Selection and scheduling of qualified personnel has always been a very important aspect of ship management. With the integration of STCW95, ISM Quality Systems and other statutory requirements, it has become all the more important to have all records related to personnel documented and easily traceable.

A crew manager needs to have all information related to personnel quickly accessible since the appropriate personnel have to be sent to the appropriate vessels. And, more often than not, in a very short period of time.

Crews Along has been developed in close co-operation with crew manning agents and shipowners. The system, which is currently available in WINDOWS9x and WINDOWS 2000 and WINDOWS XP version, is highly modular and can be "assembled" to suit individual requirements. This can be easily adapted to suit both - a small crewing agency or a large multi-national shipowner.
