Hostel Room Management

The key module in the entire software is the module that keeps a track of the number of rooms that are available and those that are free for leasing out to seafarers. This module tracks the check-in and check-out dates and automatically generates accounting invoices. Details of clients are also recorded for future requirements.

Accounting Module

This module is the financial accounting module which keeps all details pertaining to all accounts of the hostel.

Payroll Module

This module automates the payroll details of the staff employed by the hostel coupled with keeping track of leave drawn, overtime, provident fund details, etc.
